Return Term

  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging intact.

  • Installed or used products are non-refundable and will not be accepted.

  • Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt with all return requests.

  • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping returned items back to our facility.

  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
     

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of professional tiling materials, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
 

  • Any special order products or custom-cut membrane lengths.

  • All mortars, grouts, and liquid-based compounds.

  • Tiles: Due to dye lot variations and fragility, tiles are not eligible for return.
     

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you need to return an item that meets the above criteria, or if you would like to discuss an exchange, please email us at info@ertile.ca with your order number and the details of your request. We will respond promptly with the return mailing address and further instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect product, please contact us at info@ertile.ca immediately. We will prioritize resolving these issues for you.
