Tile Arts will not accept any claims, returns, or requests for reimbursement for any product once it has been installed, cut, or altered.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
